PATRICK KAVANAGH – PROPRIETOR

Patrick has worked in the property market in East Cambridgeshire and Fenland since the year 1999.

During that time he has represented some of the area’s leading estate agents and gained a wealth of experience in the field.

He has held the post of assistant manager at Ely-based Januarys Countrywide, valuing homes and taking around 20 properties a month onto the estate agent’s books in a highly-competitive, fast-moving market.

In 2003 he helped to launch Pocock and Shaw’s Ely office, making it a High Street name in a relatively short period of time and giving it an edge on the competition.

As a negotiator for Spicer McColl in Regent Street, Cambridge, Patrick gained valuable experience in this high-priced city market where competition is fierce and properties move fast.

He also worked for the company as manager in its March office, adding around 25 properties a month to the estate agent’s books.

Patrick received his excellent training in valuing homes and sourcing and matching buyers to properties, at Ramsey-based Sharman Quinney.

His proven track record speaks for itself and his knowledge of the East Cambridgeshire and Fenland property market is second to none. In a fast-moving and constantly changing environment, Patrick has proved he has the skills to secure property sales quickly and at the best prices.
